The Huckleberry Patch (Alpine Grill) - ordered a cheeseburger & fries. Pros - good bun that doesn't fall apart or taste like white bread, no sauce at all, a well stocked condiment bar, dill spear included, cheese well melted. Cons - fries so-so, meat a bit dry, pricey for what you get.
By far the best Huckleberry pancakes, coffee and pie that I have had. Great staff who are warm and welcoming. This is what a small town dinner should feel like. I plan coming traveling another 450miles to get there food again in the future.
We loved this place while staying in hungry horse! The gift shop is great, and has everything huckleberry. The huckleberry twists and ice cream were AMAZING. We also loved the breakfast with huckleberry pancakes, syrup and coffee. Didn't go for lunch but wish we had. Staff are super friendly too.
My family and I loved this place. The lunch was great and the desert was awesome. Highly recommend.
Great ice cream. We had the Caeser salad and burgers. Food was pretty good but a bit slow. My wife is gluten sensitive so they wrapped her burger in lettuce. Good service. Decent prices as well. We will come back for the Huckleberry ice cream!
